A Consistent Run of Work for an Experienced Multi-Trader

AllPro Recruitment is recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for long-term work across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

Working on established social housing contracts, you'll be completing a mixture of responsive repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work across both occupied and void properties.

This role would suit an experienced all-round tradesperson who is comfortable working independently, dealing professionally with tenants and completing jobs to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will necessarily be the same. Your workload will cover a broad range of property repairs and maintenance, including:

• Carpentry and joinery repairs
• Door fitting and adjustments
• Window replacements
• Wall and floor tiling
• Painting and decorating
• Plaster patching and making good
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs
• Replacing taps and mixer showers
• Radiator replacements
• Fencing, gates and external repairs
• General property maintenance and remedial work
• Working from ladders and at height where required

What You'll Need

We're looking for experienced tradespeople who can confidently turn their hand to several different areas of property maintenance.

You'll need:

• Proven multi-trade or property maintenance experience
• Good practical skills across several trades
• Experience completing repairs to a high standard
• Your own van
• Your own tools
• A reliable and professional approach
• Good communication skills when working in occupied properties
• The ability to manage your own workload effectively

The Package

£900–£1,000 per week
Plus fuel allowance

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, giving you consistent weekday hours with no regular weekend requirement.
